National Strategy to Raise Awareness on Unknown and Unstated Paternity (NSRAUUP) and the Indian Act:
On September 2010, I launched the National Strategy to Raise Awareness on Unknown and Unstated Paternity (NSRAUUP) and the Indian Act. I am taking a three-pronged approach:
First, for the past 15 years I have partnered with Aboriginal Legal Services of Toronto in a section 15 and section 35 constitutional challenges to the Indian Act on the matter of unknown paternity.
Second, I opened a group Facebook account where all can access materials.
Third, I compiled a NSRAUUP and the Indian Act information kit which consists of electronic files that can be sent to any email address. This kit can also be found here:

It is my hope that Women’s Shelters, Friendship Centres, the Marche Amun women, NWAC, ONWA, AFNWC, LEAF and others will support this endeavour through disseminating this information sheet and posting materials.
